1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 1555bd website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at https://1555bd.onl.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and uses the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive provided by 1555bd.

2 Eligibility and Registration

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated bots are not permitted to hold Accounts.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted exactly one Account. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms.

1555bd reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. The following obligations apply at all times:

• You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification code with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 1555bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your credentials.
• All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. 1555bd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• You must not allow any other person to use your Account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

1555bd implements industry-standard SSL encryption across all connections to the Platform. However, the security of your device and network environment remains your own responsibility.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

The following terms govern all financial transactions conducted through the 1555bd Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit unless a limit has been set by the Player under responsible gaming settings.
• Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

1555bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or account-age restrictions.
• Unless stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

• Wagering requirements must typically be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.

• Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, creation of multiple accounts, or collusion — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 1555bd Platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment overseen by trained dealers. The following rules apply to all gameplay:

• Each game on the Platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding these rules before placing any wager.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following additional terms apply specifically to sports betting markets available on the 1555bd Platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports:

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition, as published in the 1555bd sportsbook rules section.
• 1555bd reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting on any market at any time and without prior notice, including during live events.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is determined — whether or not a Platform error caused the market to remain open — will be voided.
• For cricket markets, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international Test and ODI fixtures, match abandonment rules follow the standard regulations of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC) unless 1555bd's specific rules state otherwise.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format. All odds are subject to change prior to market closure. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per market. These limits are visible within the sportsbook interface.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Players may activate a time-out for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, Account access and all betting activity are suspended.
• Players who believe gambling has become a problem may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is applied within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• 1555bd will never send promotional material to a Player who is under self-exclusion.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

1555bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time if we reasonably believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player is under 21 years of age or has provided false registration information.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• The Player is located in a Restricted Territory.
• The Account is a duplicate of an existing Account held by the same individual.
• Continuing to allow the Account to operate would expose 1555bd or its payment partners to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player breach, any outstanding bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances held at the time of closure will be assessed on a case-by-case basis; verified funds not linked to any fraudulent activity will ordinarily be returned to the Player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1555bd Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, user interface elements, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 1555bd or its licensed content providers. The following restrictions apply:

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any purpose without the express prior written permission of 1555bd.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1555bd's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1555bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 1555bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may submit a formal complaint to 1555bd by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". 1555bd will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a final response within 30 business days.

1555bd does not accept liability for outcomes of any dispute relating to sporting results determined by the relevant governing body, or game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems, except where a manifest error on the part of 1555bd can be demonstrated.

15 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1555bd with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
